Requirements
- 2+ year of service plumbing experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed
- Professionalism—neat, punctual, and courteous
- A positive, can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home plumbing repairs (faucet, toilet, water heater replacements, etc.)
- Build rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations
- Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans
- Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and organized
- Work with our customer service & dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Train and mentor apprentices to help grow the next generation of plumbers
- Maintain accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
