About The Position

This role involves providing troubleshooting, technical service maintenance, overhauls, repair, and upgrades of Everllence engines and turbochargers and affiliated companies on seagoing vessels and power plants. The Senior Service Engineer will also provide technical support and recommendations to customers, share service program information, and follow up on previously visited vessels. Responsibilities include monitoring work performed by outside contractors during service of Everllence engines and assisting with and participating in workshop overhauls. Maintaining good business relations and communication with customers is essential. The position requires 70% to 90% domestic and international travel to customer sites, with assignment durations varying based on project complexity.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Service Engineer-related occupation.
• No degree required.
