Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and standard and customised software environments
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Effective time management and clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent issues
  • Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of Standard Operating Environments (SOE)
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one ICT discipline
