About The Position

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to join their team as a Senior Service Advisor. This role focuses on leading a Service Advisor team, building customer trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction by taking the stress out of car care. The position offers a guaranteed minimum of $1000 a week for the first 90 days, plus commission and bonuses, with opportunities for career advancement and leadership training within a growing, family-owned business.

Requirements

• Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
• Professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Service Advisor team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Build customer relationships and explain vehicle issues clearly.
• Recommend and sell appropriate services and repairs.
• Write estimates, order parts, and manage the repair order process.
• Implement company systems such as Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process.
• Maintain a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
