If you have proven Auto Repair Advisor/Tire sales experience, and if you strive to be the best, we would like to talk with you. Big O Tires offers a wide range of diagnostic, repair and routine maintenance services, backed by one of the best national services warranties in the business. Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.

Requirements

• Proven Auto Repair Advisor/Tire sales experience
• Demonstrated Tire / Service sales experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
• Customer oriented
• Knowledge of Brakes, Tires, Suspension, Ride Control, Tune ups, Alignments, and More

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability
• Respond to customer concerns and repair concerns
