We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead enterprise organic growth programs across traditional search and modern discovery channels—including AI-powered SERPs, Google AI Overviews, and large language models (LLMs). This is a strategy-first role. You'll own the full organic playbook for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth clients: shaping the vision, building roadmaps, partnering with content and analytics teams, and guiding execution across every lever that moves organic performance. You'll be the trusted advisor in the room—translating SEO into business outcomes for senior marketing leaders and C-suite stakeholders. Modern SEO isn't just rankings. It's sustainable visibility, authority, and influence across how people and machines discover information. We want someone who thinks holistically about that ecosystem—content strategy, audience and intent research, digital PR and authority-building, measurement, and yes, the technical foundation that makes it all work. You'll also help level up the SEO team—mentoring teammates, defining best practices, and raising the bar across accounts.
