About The Position

The COGAR Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Security Specialist/Program Manager to provide services on-site at FBI facilities in Quantico, VA, Stafford, VA, Fredericksburg, VA, and Newington, VA. COGAR is a Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in facilities management, armed and unarmed physical security, personnel security, escort services, access control, and consulting services. The role involves supporting security operations, managing schedules, staffing, and potentially filling operational positions during absences.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret clearance SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years security experience OR 5–8 years security-related experience
• Experience in: Industrial security, Physical security, Computer/network security
• Experience with: Program management, Scheduling, Staffing oversight, COMSEC support, Briefings/debriefings
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Customer service capability
