About The Position

The Senior Security Engineering Manager will drive modernization of the technologies and capabilities that protect Uline’s enterprise systems. The role leads and develops a team of engineers, advances key technology initiatives, and helps shape enterprise-wide cybersecurity decisions for Uline’s growing North American company. The position is based at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and all positions are on-site.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
Strong scripting and automation experience, including Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, network, and cloud environments to protect enterprise systems.
Build and maintain scalable cybersecurity programs focused on automation, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
Partner with IT teams to integrate cybersecurity into cloud, infrastructure, and application development.
Influence enterprise-wide technology decisions.
Lead and develop a team of Security Engineers by setting priorities, supporting career growth, and driving technical excellence.
Direct incident response efforts, partnering across teams to investigate threats, resolve issues, and strengthen cybersecurity controls.
