Senior Secured Lending Underwriter
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Secured Lending Underwriter. In this role, you will participate in the underwriting and loan closing of transactions, identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities for the Secured Lending Underwriting functional area, and review and analyze basic business challenges within Secured Lending Underwriting functional area that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives. You will exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations. You will also exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Secured Lending Underwriting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate and consult with Secured Lending Underwriting colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of secured lending underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in secured lending underwriting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
