Requirements

  • 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or business development experience
  • Proven outbound execution with measurable results
  • Strong qualification skills and commercial judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a strong growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Run high-quality outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads with speed and judgement
  • Book meetings and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
  • Maintain exemplary Salesforce hygiene and accurate reporting
  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and prioritisation using data
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve research and outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with AEs on handovers and learning
  • Contribute to shared playbooks, role-plays, and team learning
