About The Position

We are looking for our new Senior SDK Developer to join our Monetization team in Montreal! In this role, you will be working on the Mediation SDK under Unity's Grow Services division, which aims to help developers monetize and manage the player lifecycle. You will build and optimize SDKs that developers embed in their games and connect to backend services at Unity. If you have experience in C# and Unity Package Development, and are eager to join a collaborative team dedicated to advancing our monetization features, then we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Strong experience with C# and Unity Package development, with mobile development experience on iOS or Android
  • Experience writing and maintaining efficient code at scale, with proficiency in developing automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Ability to discuss and understand code design fluently and in depth
  • Experience working with AI and building tools that enhance developer productivity and product capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language

Nice To Haves

  • Experience extending the Unity Editor/Engine
  • Experience with Mediation SDKs or Ads Networks
  • Good understanding or interest in Monetization within applications, and passion for the gaming industry

Responsibilities

  • Contribute, design, implement, test, and improve functionalities in Unity Mediation SDK, and extend the Unity engine to support advanced monetization capabilities
  • Take responsibility for the lifecycle of new features from inception through release
  • Collaborate, support and mentor other team members to ensure high-quality product delivery that brings the best experience to game developers and gamers
  • Write high-quality and scalable code that supports the existing and future functionality of the product
  • Collaborate remotely with the team and cross‐functional, distributed teams, advocating for our company values and culture to maintain an inclusive working environment
