About The Position

As a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager within our Government Solutions Infrastructure/Security workstream PMO team, you will lead Agile delivery practices for one or more teams that build and enhance technology solutions supporting business and client outcomes at Fiserv. Operate effectively in a dynamic transformation environment, including multi-year migrations from on‑prem to cloud platforms and waterfall to Agile delivery models, with the ability to manage changing scope, priorities, and expectations. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve team execution, remove delivery obstacles, and strengthen Agile maturity. Your work helps teams deliver high-quality solutions with predictable outcomes, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall project management experience with some of the experience using Agile/Scrum
  • Experience in a project management/Scrum Master role, supporting data or IT technical projects using tools such as Jira, Azure, or similar platforms for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
  • Current Department of Treasury EFTPS background check clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology delivery in financial services, payments, or regulated industries.
  • Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks or multi-team delivery models.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high‑priority client implementations, conversions, audit remediations, and project phases for large, technical, and custom solutions from initiation through closure
  • Partner with engineers, developers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver security, application, infrastructure, and technical tool initiatives using Agile/Sprint methodologies
  • Drive project planning, execution, communications, resourcing, risk/issue management, and scope changes to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on product and system capabilities and collaborate internally to identify effective, value‑driven solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue and product optimization
  • Ensure adherence to project management, implementation, and Agile delivery standards, including stand‑ups and sprint execution
