Senior Scrum Master - Remote
About The Position
Sentara is hiring a Senior Scrum Master for their Enterprise Analytics Team! This position is fully remote. The Senior Scrum Master will coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery. They will serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure all targets and requirements are met. The role requires ensuring team members understand project objectives, maintaining the product backlog and release plan, and facilitating productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserving flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes is also crucial. This is a career-level professional role within the field, considered highly skilled and proficient in the discipline. The individual will conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- 5 to 7 years of experience
