Capgemini is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong track record of leading multiple Agile teams in enterprise-scale programs using an onshore-offshore delivery model. Skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business requirements into scalable solution outcomes. Proficient in JIRA, Agile metrics, and driving high-performing teams through effective planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide two Agile Scrum teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
  • Organize and facilitate Product roadmap refinement, Release planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Work closely with onshore Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with offshore technical leads, QA teams, and business analysts.
  • Manage communication between client, onshore, and offshore teams.
  • Provide clear and consistent project updates.
  • Translate epics and user stories into actionable development tasks.
  • Ensure backlog prioritization and grooming.
  • Track and report Agile metrics: Velocity, Burndown charts, Cycle time, Throughput.
  • Provide regular project status and insights.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
