We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-visibility engagement within the financial services domain. This role will operate within a hybrid Agile environment, supporting a single Scrum team while maintaining delivery accountability and close collaboration with client stakeholders and offshore teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in D365 / Power Platform implementations, along with the ability to guide teams, drive execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Power Platform implementations
  • Strong experience working in hybrid Agile environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive delivery outcomes, not just facilitate ceremonies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Director-level stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in CRM and/or Contact Center environments (B2C)
  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Lead and support a Scrum team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and delivery commitments
  • Partner closely with Director-level client stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Drive delivery execution and take ownership of sprint outcomes
  • Identify and remove impediments to maintain team velocity and performance
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and user story readiness
  • Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
  • Support a hybrid Agile delivery model (Scrum combined with enterprise delivery practices)
  • Work in close coordination with an offshore delivery lead to ensure aligned execution
