About The Position

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for its client in New York, NY. The client operates one of the world’s largest energy delivery systems and is at the forefront of developing technology innovations.

The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in the agile delivery of employee-facing AI, productivity, and workplace technology solutions. The role partners closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.

Requirements

• Ability to use agile metrics.
• Agile experience.
• Experience with agile delivery tools.
• Scrum Master experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a product-oriented Agile environment.
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional technology teams.
• Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments.
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement.
