About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Scrum Master, located in Winchester, VA and is a Hybrid Role. Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. The position focuses on guiding teams through the Agile/Scrum process, facilitating sprint planning and team meetings, removing obstacles that impact progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping teams deliver products efficiently.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience working with Jira and acting as a Scrum Master
  • Experience executing Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle
  • Experience guiding teams in the Agile methodology
  • Supports team rules
  • Facilitates product team's progress toward team goals
  • Leads, facilitates meetings
  • Eliminates blockers
  • Promotes Agile quality practices
  • Builds a high performing team
  • Coordinates with other teams
  • Supports ROM and level of estimate activities
  • Provides team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions
  • Experience Leading regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations
  • Ability to advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment
