We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 6+ years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization. Mandatory to have working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform
Nice To Haves
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure well-defined user stories
- Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
- Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios
