Requirements

BS or MS (preferred) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Oncology, Neuroscience, or a related field), with 4+ years of experience in assay development and high-throughput screening; recent PhD graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
Deep expertise in performing and troubleshooting biophysical assays.
Demonstrated proficiency in validating high-throughput biochemical and/or cell-based assays.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to evolving research priorities.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of related industry experience in biotech or Pharma is highly preferred.
Experience and initiative to integrate novel or emerging technologies into screening workflows.
Familiarity with data analysis software and electronic laboratory management systems.
Hands-on experience with laboratory automation platforms and liquid handling systems.

Responsibilities

Execute routine assays on a weekly basis for defining structure-activity relationships.
Design, develop, and optimize biophysical and biochemical or cell-based assays tailored for screening in high-density formats.
Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance assay throughput and data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and workflows into ongoing research projects.
Analyze, interpret, and present scientific data to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain detailed laboratory records, contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications, and represent the team through internal presentations.
