•$106,200 - $167,200

About The Position

The Senior Scientist will join the In Vitro Toxicology group within Nonclinical Drug Safety. This Ph.D.-level role develops and applies advanced in vitro models—including 3D tissue models, organoids, and microphysiological systems (MPS)—to address challenges in nonclinical safety assessment and advance New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). The position calls for strong experimental skills, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. The successful candidate will be an innovative, scientifically rigorous researcher with technical expertise and collaborative leadership. They will connect scientific work to drug development and organizational objectives, build trust-based partnerships across disciplines, communicate complex science for varied audiences, and translate emerging technologies into impactful, human-relevant applications. The role is based in West Point, Pennsylvania. The posting identifies the employee status as regular, lists domestic/international relocation, states that visa sponsorship is available, and specifies no travel required.
