Senior Scientist, Chem & Mol Therapeutics
About The Position
In this role, you will interact with multidisciplinary project teams focused on developing therapies for neurology, neuroimmunology, chronic pain, and rare diseases. Primary responsibilities will include the support of discovery research projects with an active role in therapeutic antibody selection, management of junior scientists, and program team leadership. The position will require design and use of antibody display libraries as well as immunization approaches to identify therapeutic candidates. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to explore underlying fundamentals of protein-protein interactions in modulating pathways of therapeutic interest, using your skills in antibody discovery and engineering. Biogen is seeking an experienced Ph.D. level scientist to join the Antibody Discovery and Engineering team, with expertise in antibody display technologies, antibody engineering, and in vivo antibody generation.
