Requirements
- 1–2 years of procedure scheduling (medical terminology knowledge preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for multiple diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify insurance, input patient demographics, and provide accurate prep and arrival details.
- Act as a liaison between clinical and business staff to optimize patient management.
- Mentor and support team members while maintaining a Patient First Philosophy.
