About The Position
This role supports a high-priority enterprise HR technology initiative from discovery through implementation and Hypercare. The Senior SAP S/4 HCM Business Solutions Analyst will serve as the SAP S/4 HR functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, and designing scalable solutions for HCM, organizational management, payroll, and related integrations. The analyst will also analyze system enhancement requests and integration requirements, lead functional and integration testing activities, develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, and coordinate defect tracking, resolution, and re-testing. Additionally, the role involves managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones, partnering with HR, technology, DevOps, and external vendors, and driving process improvements across HR systems and workflows.

- 7+ years of SAP ERP experience with strong SAP S/4 HR expertise

- HR systems experience across benefits, reporting, and integrations

- Experience delivering HR technology projects through requirements, design, testing, implementation, and Hypercare.
- Experience working with complex HR integrations and reporting.
- Proven experience leading complex functional analysis and solution design.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams within large enterprise environments.
