Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics modules SD and MM, (PP and QM desirable).
Strong knowledge of ABAP to debug, SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript and HTML
Proven experience with SAP support processes, including incident and change management.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with 3rd-party systems.
Experience in project coordination or management and project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

PP, WM, QM knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
Handle first and second level support tickets related to SAP S4HANA logistics modules SD, MM (PP, WM, QM knowledge is an advantage).
Collaborate with key users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP S4HANA solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customizing changes.
Support data maintenance, system upgrades, and patch implementations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external SAP Specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose SAP process optimizations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Utilize ABAP programming for custom reports, enhancements, and debugging and Fiori for UI development.
