About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Procurement Transformation Project Manager to lead a critical transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation and rollout of SAP solutions within our global procurement function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Ariba, SAP P2P, and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules, coupled with extensive experience in procurement transformation, global process design, and enterprise project management. A strong background in change management, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

15+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise in SAP Ariba / SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (Procurement).
Proven experience in Procurement Transformation.
Deep understanding of Global Procurement Processes.
Strong Enterprise Project Management skills.
Extensive experience in Change Management (PROSCI / PMI).
Significant SAP Implementation / Rollout Experience.
Experience with Shared Services Transformation.
Demonstrated ability in P2P Process Optimization.
Skilled in Business Process Standardization.
Expertise in Organizational Change Management.
Excellent Stakeholder Management abilities.
Experience with User Adoption & Training.
Proficiency in UAT Coordination.
Experience with Global Template Deployment.
Skilled in Process Mapping & Gap Analysis.
Experience in Digital Transformation Projects.
Proficient with Project Management Tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Strong Communication & Change Strategy development skills.
Proven Cross-functional Leadership capabilities.
Experience in Risk & Issue Management.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project management of SAP procurement transformation initiatives, including SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
Oversee global procurement process design, standardization, and optimization.
Manage enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including PROSCI or PMI methodologies.
Drive shared services transformation and P2P process optimization.
Facilitate business process standardization across the organization.
Manage organizational change and ensure user adoption and training.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and global template deployment.
Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Lead digital transformation projects within the procurement space.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
Develop and implement communication and change strategies.
Provide cross-functional leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
Oversee risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
