About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Procurement Transformation Project Manager to lead a critical transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a global procurement transformation program, leveraging SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement processes, SAP Ariba and S/4HANA, and a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale transformation projects.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP procurement transformation.
Expertise in SAP Ariba / SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Procurement).
Proven experience in Procurement Transformation and Global Procurement Process.
Extensive Enterprise Project Management experience.
Proficiency in Change Management methodologies (PROSCI / PMI).
Significant SAP Implementation / Rollout Experience.
Experience with Shared Services Transformation.
Skilled in P2P Process Optimization and Business Process Standardization.
Demonstrated Organizational Change Management capabilities.
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
Experience in User Adoption & Training and UAT Coordination.
Experience with Global Template Deployment.
Proficiency in Process Mapping & Gap Analysis.
Experience in Digital Transformation Projects.
Familiarity with Project Management Tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Strong Communication & Change Strategy development skills.
Proven Cross-functional Leadership abilities.
Expertise in Risk & Issue Management.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global procurement transformation projects using SAP solutions.
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
Drive the transformation of global procurement processes, including P2P, and optimize P2P processes.
Oversee the implementation and rollout of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA for procurement.
Manage change management activities, including communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful global template deployment.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and business process standardization.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Develop and implement risk and issue management plans.
Ensure successful transformation of shared services and drive digital transformation initiatives.
