About The Position

The voestalpine HR Services GmbH is looking to strengthen the HR-IT Solutions department by hiring a Senior SAP HCM Consultant. This role involves being a competent point of contact for the business departments and voestalpine companies in Austria regarding SAP HCM, with a focus on Personnel Time Management. The position includes ongoing support of SAP HCM applications, analysis and customization of standard requirements, error analysis and resolution (2nd and 3rd level support), and responsibility for SAP HCM projects, including analysis, conception, consulting, and implementation of new requirements. The role also involves supporting users through training, documentation, and consulting, as well as close collaboration with Demand Management and the Lead HR-IT Architect.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, University of Applied Sciences) or completed IT HTL or comparable education with a focus on IT or HR.
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment (ideally with a focus on SAP HCM Personnel Time Management).
  • Fluent German language skills (B2/C1 according to the European Framework of Reference).
  • Open and communicative personality with commitment.
  • Ability to analyze interrelationships and sustainably optimize processes.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration with team colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Competent point of contact for business departments and voestalpine companies in Austria regarding SAP HCM, with a focus on Personnel Time Management.
  • Ongoing support of SAP HCM applications (experience in Personnel Time Management is an advantage).
  • Analysis and customization of standard requirements (Requests).
  • Error analysis and resolution (2nd and 3rd level support).
  • Responsibility for SAP HCM projects, including analysis, conception, consulting, and implementation of new requirements.
  • Support for users (training, documentation, consulting).
  • Close collaboration with Demand Management and the Lead HR-IT Architect.

  • Entitlement and benefits: The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 3,366.49 gross (14 times per year). The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience and ranges from € 3,366.49 gross to € 5,000.00 gross per month for the advertised position.
