About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our team. This role involves configuring and supporting SAP solutions within complex manufacturing environments, ensuring accurate data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP cross-functional modules, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and a strong background in supporting manufacturing industry projects. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, gathering requirements, designing solutions, leading testing phases, and providing post-go-live support. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will interact with business users, stakeholders, and C-level executives, as well as work with globally distributed teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of SAP cross functional module experience.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience supporting manufacturing industry projects.
  • Experience with integration across related SAP modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.
  • At least two complete lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Experience in Blueprint design, fit-gap analysis, user testing, and documenting local business requirements.
  • Must have excellent communication skills with business users, stakeholders, and C-level executives. Also, capable of leading workshops.
  • Experienced in SAP project implementation phases.
  • Experience delivering system demonstrations, workshops, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain and govern SAP Master data.
  • Partner with engineering, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate data integrity.
  • Support manufacturing processes through effective SAP configuration and best practices.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve system and data issues.
  • Ensure material attributes, MRP settings, plant data, storage locations, units of measure, and product hierarchies are properly maintained.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Lead UAT and support business during Key Users' and End Users' Testing.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work collaboratively with teams located in different locations worldwide.
  • Prepare/Present status reports as needed.
  • Participate in Weekly Operational Meetings/calls with business stakeholders.
  • Participate in cutover activities and review and validate the cutover plan with the business.
  • Participate and support the business during data migration.
  • Support the business during Go-Live and Hypercare.
  • Participate in Gap analysis, UAT preparation, Cutover preparation, and hypercar follow-up meetings.
