The Senior Salesforce Technical Lead will join Amgen's Patient Support Services (PSP) product team to deliver technology services and solutions that achieve strategic business goals, including insights and analytics on the Pulse Service platform. This role is crucial for crafting and building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform, collaborating with Platform/Product Owners, Architects, and the broader technology team to develop products aligned with best practices. The individual will support the development of the PSP Platform at Amgen, stay informed about the Salesforce roadmap and capabilities, provide feedback, and optimize engineering and release processes. Collaboration with various teams such as program management, development, operations, customer service, sales, brand/marketing, legal, and safety is essential for requirements definition throughout the product lifecycle. The role also involves recommending strategic technology solutions that align with patient services strategy and maximize business impact.
