About The Position

At CSC, we equip innovators with the tools they need to accelerate progress and build a better future. Established in 1986, CSC Leasing is a family-owned, independent equipment financing company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with regional offices throughout the United States. With over $2 billion in financed transactions and $1 billion in assets under management, CSC has built a reputation for deep industry expertise, a relationship-driven approach, and flexible financing solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. We work with clients across diverse industries—including life sciences, biotechnology, clean-tech, AI, manufacturing, and more—helping them acquire essential assets in a cost-effective manner through innovative and competitive leasing programs. Our responsive and client-centered service ensures our clients can access the resources they need to drive growth and innovation. At CSC, Salesforce is not just a CRM platform—it powers our custom-built lease origination system and supports the core workflows that run our business. CSC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for our Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on engineering role with broad ownership—responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and governing the scalable solutions that power our lease origination system and its integrations. This individual will assume full technical responsibility for the Salesforce environment, owning code quality, integration patterns, platform integrity, and engineering standards. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs, along with the ability to translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions and collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering peers. The ideal candidate is a strong, self-directed Salesforce engineer who is equally comfortable building solutions and setting the technical direction for the platform—someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and brings both the skills and the mindset to be CSC’s go-to Salesforce expert. This position requires in-office presence (minimum three days per week) to ensure strong business alignment and accelerate solution delivery. The role involves working closely with DevOps engineers, the Product Owner, and business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance in a team culture that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the senior Salesforce technical resource within CSC’s Innovation Department, driving engineering excellence and delivering the scalable systems that support operations and long-term growth. The position reports directly to the Director, Technology & Innovation, serving as the primary Salesforce technical authority and ensuring platform decisions align with CSC’s broader technology strategy.
