Job Summary The Senior Salesforce Engineer is responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) and nCino. This position designs, modifies and implements reports, dashboards, workflows, and other items as needed. Ability to write code for moderate enhancements or to correct defects. Works directly with end-‐users to coach and teach how to best use and utilize systems. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

  • 5-6 years of experience in banking information services or equivalent successful experience in a similar controls industry required.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a software developer, application administrator or equivalent role required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct salesforce engineer experience is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications Admin + one additional Salesforce, FSC or nCino certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creates, implements and maintains, dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access as needed to support nCino/Salesforce (FSC).
  • Enhances operational efficiency of loan systems by reviewing processes and determining process improvements through nCino/Salesforce (FSC).
  • Develops the integration of other external business apps with Salesforce (FSC) including core banking systems and financial apps.
  • Supports the administrative needs of nCino/Salesforce (FSC).
  • Assists with maintaining, installing, and deploying system component upgrades as needed.
  • Ensures design of system allows all components to work properly together.
  • Ability to write code: triggers, apex, java or java snippets & correct code defects.
  • Troubleshoots problems reported by users.
  • Makes recommendations for future upgrades.
  • Assists IT with maintaining system security and availability to specific users.
  • Analyzes and isolates issues.
  • Evaluates and modifies system performance.
  • Identifies end user needs and areas of opportunity for efficiencies and optimization.
  • Maintains integrity of the system.
  • Evaluates and implements new technology and system improvements as needed.
  • Ensures the proper implementation and integration of secure mobile solutions as these technologies mature and are available.
  • Creates and monitors support cases with vendors supporting lines of business.
  • Partners appropriately with other IT departments to address any needs.
