About The Position

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. This role will enable sales, sales operations, and customer success teams to succeed by leading the delivery of complex features, integrating Salesforce with key enterprise platforms, and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities. The position combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes. Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
  • Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity and forecast management.
  • Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
  • Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration, branching and promotion strategies, automated deployments, and back-promotions. Also experience with Git-based source control and SFDX.
  • Hands-on experience building automation with Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, orchestration, and platform-event flows) plus Apex-based automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
  • Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
  • Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including CDP, data warehouses, service platforms, customer portals, and sales enablement tools.
  • Support the single customer view through identity matching, survivorship rules, and duplicate management across systems.
  • Operationalize customer and business signals such as health score, churn risk, and propensity-to-buy within Salesforce workflows.
  • Design and build AI-driven automation using Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Flow.
  • Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX, including automated testing and deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data synchronization challenges.
