About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead and guide a team in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will stay updated on Salesforce releases, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance for high-quality implementations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
• Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient Salesforce implementations.
