Salesforce Senior Developer
About The Position
Wipro Limited is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce customizations and expertise in Sales and Service Cloud. The role involves providing technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps, as well as delivering architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams. The developer will lead work streams or act as a team lead, managing complex components of the work plan. This position requires a strong background in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and defining new architectures. Experience in the complete project life cycle, agile methodologies, and building client relationships is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical staff. Salesforce Technical Certifications are preferred.
Requirements
- 5-8 Years of relevant experience working on Salesforce customizations
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
- Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
- Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
