Senior Salesforce Developer
About The Position
Leads the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies. Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals. Customizes and configures Salesforce to address complex business processes and requirements. Performs data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Architects and implements solutions that follow best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability. Conducts code reviews and ensures high-quality code standards are maintained. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations, refines tools and processes to maximize efficiency of our system. Stays up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. Participates in the evaluation and selection of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the development and deployment process.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology, and 2 years of experience in job offered or a closely related technical role. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in an acceptable field of study and 5 years of acceptable experience.
