About The Position

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the platform’s performance and user experience. The role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and integrations, applying development best practices, and keeping current with Salesforce features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integration with third-party applications.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, approval processes, Salesforce Flows, and other declarative features.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices for security, performance, and code maintainability.
- Use Salesforce standard objects, capabilities, and configurations to address common use cases without unnecessary customization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce platform issues.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and perform unit testing for high-quality deployments across environments.
