We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a background in B2B/B2C Lending, to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of business funding. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and possess advanced technical expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex solutions within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects from conception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning components.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates to determine their relevance and impact on existing systems and processes.
• Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
