Drive Salesforce innovation in a dynamic insurance environment, delivering scalable CRM solutions using Lightning, Apex, and modern integration tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
  • 5 years of software development experience.
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers.
  • Proficiency with integration technologies including HTTP, XML, JSON, and SOQL.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience configuring and managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, and Salesforce Voice.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture and database design.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or experience in technology, e-commerce, internet, or classifieds environments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce-based solutions in collaboration with globally distributed teams.
  • Lead CRM implementations, ensure data integrity, and support user adoption through training initiatives.
  • Configure and develop using Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
  • Apply Salesforce architecture frameworks, best practices, and business processes.
  • Customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Manage Apex scheduling, batch processes, class controllers, and governor limits.
  • Integrate third-party tools such as DocuSign.
  • Contribute to Agile and Scrum delivery processes.
  • Perform deployments using version control and continuous integration tools.
  • Execute testing strategies for development and integration environments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently to meet project requirements.
  • Apply critical thinking and proactive problem-solving approaches.

Benefits

  • Salaried: $80-86 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate: $92-98 per hour.
  • 4-month contract.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
  • Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site, subject to change.
