About The Position
Within Citco’s Client Experience Technology organization, Salesforce serves as the core platform driving our client engagement, service management, and digital transformation strategy. We are expanding our Salesforce team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance how we serve our clients globally. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Platform Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce development, comfortable working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (especially Case Management), Data Cloud, and AgentForce, and experienced with integrations and automation. This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise-scale Salesforce capabilities in partnership with product owners, architects, and business teams across Citco.
Requirements
