Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle application development (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment) with primary focus on Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise systems integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Security/Permission Sets)
  • Advanced programmatic development experience using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Strong experience designing and consuming Salesforce Web Services (REST, SOAP), Bulk API, and Metadata API for system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using Copado and Git-based version control
  • Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural options
  • Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment

  • Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems
  • Working with program offices, gathering and evaluating business requirements
  • Building declarative and custom programmatic solutions
  • Ensuring that systems meet technical specifications, performance standards, and security mandates
  • Building and executing automated unit tests with high code coverage, supporting QA and regression testing cycles
