Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development experience including expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud for Billing
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Solution Architecture: planning, costing and pricing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

Mulesoft Integration knowledge & experience
Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).

Responsibilities

Configuring and supporting Salesforce to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform effectively.
Being responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Developing innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conducting thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
Providing training and support to team members and stakeholders on application features and best practices.
Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve application capabilities.
