Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development experience including expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud for Billing
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Solution Architecture: planning, costing and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Mulesoft Integration knowledge & experience
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and supporting Salesforce to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
  • Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform effectively.
  • Being responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Developing innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conducting thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Providing training and support to team members and stakeholders on application features and best practices.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve application capabilities.
