About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Architect drives business outcomes by using AI to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making in a highly regulated 503A/503B environment. The role owns Salesforce architecture strategy and execution, aligning solutions with the company’s growth, business goals, and regulatory requirements. The architect designs scalable Salesforce solutions, integrates AI into business processes, develops a technology roadmap, and oversees process optimization, quality assurance, and performance measurement. The role also leads and mentors Salesforce professionals, collaborates with stakeholders, manages resources and agile delivery, and ensures regulatory compliance, data privacy, security, and audit readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technology leadership roles.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture and design, with a focus on AI integration.
Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and their application within Salesforce.
Ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, data governance, and data privacy in a technology environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with company strategy, business processes, and regulated healthcare requirements.
Develop AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions to improve automation, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making.
Build and maintain a forward-looking Salesforce technology roadmap incorporating emerging technologies and long-term business value.
Optimize business processes and workflows using Salesforce and AI to improve productivity and reduce operational risk.
Oversee quality assurance protocols and use AI tools to improve testing, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate Salesforce solutions and inform strategic decisions.
Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, fostering learning, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.
Build stakeholder relationships and align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals and project priorities.
Manage resources and apply agile methodologies to support efficient, adaptable project delivery.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with applicable industry regulations and security standards.
Implement Salesforce data privacy practices to protect customer and organizational information.
Maintain compliance documentation and evidence to support internal and external audits.
