We're looking for a Senior Salesforce AI Administrator (Salesforce Administrator II) to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and help drive the next generation of intelligent business solutions. This isn't a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. You'll serve as the technical owner of our Salesforce ecosystem, partnering with leaders across the organization to build scalable solutions, automate business processes, and leverage AI technologies including Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and Claude AI to improve productivity, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate business growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Flows, reporting, and platform administration.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and satisfy E-Verify employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, AI Specialist, or related certifications.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs or middleware.
  • Experience with Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Claude AI, Prompt Builder, or other enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall health, administration, and strategic direction of the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, configure, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, custom objects, security models, and automation.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business processes through intelligent automation.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and analytics that empower leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity, platform security, governance, and system performance.
  • Architect and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead platform enhancements from concept through deployment using Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor team members and serve as the organization's Salesforce subject matter expert.
