The Senior Salesforce Administrator owns Veridian’s CRM—our i360 platform built on Salesforce—as a product. You are accountable for its configuration, reliability, and day-to-day performance as the system of record. From user management and lead permissioning to reporting, dashboards, and data integrity, you will be the single internal owner of the platform. Partnering with Inside Sales, Field Sales, Growth Analytics, and executive leadership, you will ensure the right teams have the right access to data, allowing leadership to trust the reporting used to run the business. This hands-on role requires a certified, detail-oriented administrator who combines deep Salesforce fluency with a service-first mindset.
