About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as the primary administrator of BELAY’s Salesforce environment, ensuring its security, efficiency, and scalability. This role leads system configuration, process improvements, and data integrity initiatives while managing user administration, support requests, and integrations. By collaborating with stakeholders and proactively identifying operational enhancements, the Senior Salesforce Administrator delivers strategic solutions that optimize business processes and drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years experience as Salesforce Administrator (Required).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be flexible, poised, professional, detail-oriented, proactive and confident in their decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be an expert with technology and also fully embrace it as the platform on which we run our company.
  • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and process automation).
  • Evaluate Salesforce processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Drive change by identifying Salesforce bottlenecks, redundancies, task inefficiencies, and business risks.
  • Provide insight and advice on advancing Salesforce/Salesforce Marketplace efficiencies for BELAY.
  • Vet end-user needs by proactively seeking ways to add efficiency within each business area using Salesforce.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for system/user errors, support tickets, and training based on business needs.
  • Drive changes to the creation and maintenance of user documentation/training guides.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Platform Manager in overseeing the SFDC ticketing system, ensuring issues are addressed and evaluating its overall functionality and efficiency.
  • Complete regular internal system audits to uncover data integrity issues and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Install high-priority updates from Salesforce.com.
  • Oversee and maintain current/future Salesforce integrations and data feeds.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Platform Manager for the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee ongoing Salesforce cleanup efforts to ensure data hygiene.
  • Manage data imports/updates via dataloader.io.
