About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Surgery is searching for the best talent for Senior Sales Representative to be in West Puerto Rico. Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Our Surgery team will give you the chance to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world. Your contributions will help effectively treat some of the world’s most prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. We are hiring a contributor to support our Clinical Sales — Surgery team in the Oeste Area. Working under close supervision, you will help implement sales programs and initiatives for surgeons and other operating room (OR) professionals, engage stakeholders, and use data to identify and track opportunities that support the organization’s sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-engagement skills; comfortable interacting with surgical teams and OR staff.
  • Basic data literacy and comfort working with CRM systems and standard analytics/reporting tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work under direct supervision while taking initiative on assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to travel locally across the Oeste Area as required.
  • Commitment to learning clinical and product knowledge relevant to surgeons and OR professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of sales programs and initiatives targeted to surgeons and OR teams in the Oeste Area.
  • Engage with stakeholders — communicate, influence, and provide practical, clinically informed solutions to HCPs and internal partners.
  • Maintain and document customer account information in the CRM; set up and monitor pipeline and activity reporting.
  • Use available analytics tools to drive data-informed account and HCP targeting and identify sales opportunities; track progress against pipeline goals.
  • Perform basic trend and performance analysis to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop deep product and clinical knowledge to serve as the Product Expert within the assigned geography.
  • Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions.
