About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential. You will work closely with leadership to support operations, coordination, and execution across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors (CPA, legal, service providers)
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Assist with hiring coordination (scheduling interviews, tracking candidates)
  • Manage events and invitation
  • Market the event if needed via different channels
  • Organize documents and maintain records
  • Support basic administrative and operational tasks
  • Submit a weekly timesheet with task-level breakdown
