Camunda is seeking a Senior Sales Productivity Manager for North America to join their Enablement team. This role will focus on empowering Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to maximize their effectiveness in customer interactions. The position involves designing and implementing onboarding, skills development, and productivity programs, ensuring sellers have the necessary tools, playbooks, and knowledge. The role requires close collaboration with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and People teams to create scalable programs that enhance field performance and revenue generation.
