About The Position
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered Overall Purpose: Manage projects on sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting while leveraging data analysis and market insights to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.
