The Senior Manager, Regional Sales Planning is responsible for managing the process for generating monthly regional sales plans for each of Hyundai Motor America's (HMA) 7 regions. This role is key in developing a regional sales plan for each region to effectively measure and track regional sales achievement, inventory availability/pipeline, and profitability. The development of regional carflows by model for each region will be the foundation for our regions to track product availability to achieve regional sales and profit targets. This role will be the key liaison coordinating between the regional staff and National on sales planning and profit optimization. Strong business acumen will be critical in coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders including Finance, HMNA Production Planning, Distribution, and our regions. Success will require sophisticated process and project management skills, as well as strong analytical, communication, and process documentation skills.
